I think I just placed an order. How do I know you're processing it?

Congrats! We're a fan of your decision-making abilities. After you place an order, you'll receive a confirmation email, as well as an email notification with tracking when your order has shipped.

How do you ship orders?

All orders are shipped via UPS with a tracking number provided for both domestic and international shipments. We'll even cover the shipping for all domestic orders over $350 USD. At this time, we're only able to ship via UPS, so make sure your mailing address can receive UPS packages easily.

I need to return my order. How can I do that?

It's a bummer, but we get it. Things happen. Just send an email to info@theverywarm.com with your order number and we'll take care of it. You can also review our returns policy here.
