Returns & Exchanges

Our Refund Policy

 
In the event that you're not happy with your order, it may be returned for a full refund to the original form of payment or exchanged for a different size or color of the same style within 30 days of receiving your order. All we ask is that the returned item be in new, unworn condition with the tags still attached. Unfortunately, we're unable to process any returns past 30 days from receipt.
To request a return please use this link and follow instructions. For an exchange, please email  info@theverywarm.com and we'll take it from there. Be sure to include your full name and order number in the email to ensure quick and easy processing on our end. For exchanges: please indicate the desired model, size, and color you'd like. 

 

DOMESTIC RETURNS

To ship an item back to The Very Warm, simply pack your item and packing slip into the returnable poly mailer bag or another properly fitting package and affix the prepaid mailing label provided by email to the outside of the package over the original mailing label.

To mail your package, you can:

 1. Drop your package at a USPS location without waiting in line (the label is pre-paid and requires nothing else on your end). Click here to find the closest location.

2. Drop the package off at a trusted location that has a daily USPS pickup.

Please note that we will not cover the costs of any shipping method other than the label we send you. Seriously, just use the free prepaid return label provided by customer service.

 

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

To ship an item back to The Very Warm, simply pack your item and packing slip into the returnable poly mailer bag and affix the prepaid mailing label over the original mailing label. The Very Warm doesn't cover the return postage for packages returning from international locations. Unfortunately, we're unable to offer international exchanges at this time. Simply return the order and place a new order for the item you have your eyes on.

EXCHANGES

Exchange requests are subject to item availability. Once we receive your return shipment, you will receive an email from info@theverywarm.com with information on item availability and credit for any difference in price.  When your exchange order is shipped, we will provide you with a new tracking number via email for the exchange shipment. Please email us if you would like your exchange order shipped to an alternate address. Unfortunately, we're unable to offer international exchanges at this time.
