In the event that the unused item does not fit your needs, it may be returned for a full refund in the original form of payment or an item exchange. Items returned after 14 days from your date of receipt are eligible for store credit only. If an item exchange is due to an issue of quality, the exchange items will be shipped at no cost to you via UPS. Gifts that are returned are subject to exchange or merchandise credit only.
Each order is shipped with a return / exchange information card. Fill out the appropriate information on the back side of the card and include it with your return shipment. Failure to include this form will delay the processing of your return or exchange. Please allow 10-14 business days for processing of all return and exchanges.
Exchange requests are subject to item availability. Once we receive your return shipment, you will receive an email from email@example.com with information on item availability and credit for any difference in price. When your exchange order is shipped, we will provide you with a new tracking number via email for the exchange shipment. Please email us if you would like your exchange order shipped to an alternate address.
