Returns & Exchanges

CUSTOMER SATISFACTION 

In the event that the unused item does not fit your needs, it may be returned for a full refund in the original form of payment or an item exchange. Items returned after 14 days from your date of receipt are eligible for store credit only.  If an item exchange is due to an issue of quality, the exchange items will be shipped at no cost to you via UPS.  Gifts that are returned are subject to exchange or merchandise credit only.
 

All purchases must be returned in their original condition (unworn with original tags attached) within 14 days for a full refund or exchange, and we promise to make the process as easy as possible. For exchanges: please indicate the desired model/size. We recommend you contact customer service at info@theverywarm.com to place your exchange on hold so it does not sell out while we await your package. Please send an e-mail with the order number, the item, and size you would like on hold. 

DOMESTIC RETURNS

All domestic orders ship with an instruction document on how to return your item. To ship an item back to The Very Warm, simply pack your item and invoice into the return envelope/cardboard box and affix the prepaid mailing label. Please contact The Very Warm Customer Service to request a prepaid mailing label at info@theverywarm.com. To mail your package, you can:

 

1. Drop your package at a USPS location without waiting in line (the label is pre-paid and requires nothing else on your end). Click here to find the closest location.

2. Leave the package off at a location that has a daily USPS pickup.

 

The Very Warm doesn't reimburse customer incurred return postage for packages. Please use the free prepaid return label provided by customer service.

 

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

All international orders ship with an instruction document on how to return your item. To ship an item back to The Very Warm, simply pack your item and invoice into the return envelope/cardboard box and affix the prepaid mailing label. The Very Warm doesn't cover the return postage for packages returning from international locations except: Canada

EXCHANGES

Exchange requests are subject to item availability. Once we receive your return shipment, you will receive an email from info@theverywarm.com with information on item availability and credit for any difference in price.  When your exchange order is shipped, we will provide you with a new tracking number via email for the exchange shipment. Please email us if you would like your exchange order shipped to an alternate address.
